Michael qualified at the Royal London Hospital in 1981 and gained further qualifications from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1982. He joined Priory House Dental Centre in 1983, where his clinical interests include crown and bridgework and cosmetic dentistry.
In an era where dental health is improving rapidly, Michael's particular passion is planning treatment for the long term needs of his patients.
Michael is married with four sons and lists his hobbies as running, golf and gardening.

Simon TopleyPARTNER
Simon Topley

Simon qualified in 1992 at King's College Dental School, London, and joined Priory House Dental Centre in 1995 after postgraduate training in various hospital posts. He became a partner in 1998. Simon firmly believes in postgraduate education and attained his FDS RCS (1997) and DRDP (2006). He has also undertaken implant training and patients at Priory House can now benefit from his expertise in this field. Married with a young family, Simon's outside interests include fishing and skiing.

Gethin HowellPARTNER
Gethin Howell

A former flying dentist for the Australian hospital service, Gethin joined Priory House in 2008. The Welsh-born rugby enthusiast took his dental degree in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, then Stockton to complete his postgraduate training. With 20 years in general practice, and a part time position at St Georges' Hospital Restorative Department which has lead to a great interest in preventative, minimally invasive dentistry. This is combined with more traditional restorative work, bonding, and cosmetic dentistry. He is married and has a daughter and twin boys. An enthusiastic communicator Gethin belives strongly in discussing treatments and giving patients choice.

Steven WilliamsEndodontist
Steven Williams

Steve qualified as a dentist from Guy’s dental hospital in 1998. This was followed by posts in oral surgery, restorative dentistry, orthodontics and general dental practice. He then decided to specialise and trained as a specialist endodontist at Guy’s Hospital, London and gained a Masters in clinical dentistry with distinction. His four year specialist training was completed with a membership in restorative dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons. Steve has gained extensive endodontic training and is registered as a specialist in endodontics with the General Dental Council. He now spends his time in practice limited to endodontics and also teaches, and mentors other dentists to help improve their endodontic skills. At Priory house we use surgical microscopes and other digital equipment to ensure that the endodontic treatment provided is to a high standard.

Dr Arash Naseriorthododontist

Dr Arash Naseri qualified as a dentist in 1999 receiving the top grade in his thesis which was a research in orthodontics.
His passion towards orthodontics and hard work, paid off when in 2004 he took on a postgraduate post in Cardiff Dental School. After 3 years of specialist training Arash graduated as an orthodontist. He carried out a research on patients with complex orthodontic treatment need, and presented it in British(BOC), European (EOS), American (AAO), and International (wfo) conferences.
Dr Naseri is an active member of British Orthodontic Society and Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
He has plenty of experience in treating Children and adults, and his special interest is in achieving maximum facial and dental aesthetics using aesthetic orthodontic appliances such as Lingual, Invisalign, Clear, and Self Ligating braces.
In his spare time Arash enjoys playing the piano, tennis, skiing and spending time with his young family.

Dr Gauri Patel

Gauri qualified from Birmingham Dental Hospital in 2011 and joined Priory House in 2016. She completed her Vocational Training in general practice in the West Midlands before joining a practice in North London where she undertook further training to gain membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgeons with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. In her spare time Gauri enjoys running, playing the piano and baking.

Dr Dipali Dalia

Dipali qualified from Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’ Dental School, London, in 2000 with distinction. She achieved her MSc in 2006, Membership in Restorative Dentistry (MRD) and MClinDent (Master of Clinical Dentistry) in 2008, all with distinction.
Dipali is an exceptionally meticulous periodontist, who splits her time between specialist practices and has been involved in the training of undergraduate and post graduate students at Guy’s Hospital as a Specialist Clinical Teacher, as well as lecturing to GDPs. Dipali accepts referrals for surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatment including gingival grafts for recession, crown lengthening and gingival recontouring.
